Faulty Tumbler

Received the Rock Tumbler item quickly but on trying it out it did not work correctly. The tumbler kept stalling while drive wheel kept running. Have put in a issue and sent video but no reply. So called numbers on the packaging and they don't have anything to do with the returns. tried a 1800 number on the nat geo site but they didn't want to have anything to do with it. I found an online for fault issues and left a typed msg but no contact in 24hrs so rang another number and got a front desk person who got me to send a video of what was happening and said he would send to the necessary dept. Haven't heard back yet. You need to improve on your contact numbers and also your callback as this should be a quick turn around for a fix especially for a brand new item. I want a rock tumbler that works. Thanks.

Leave it on the shelf

Came without instruction manual. Only one grit supplied and no instructions on what it was or how to use it. Very disappointed
